As part of the recruitment procedure, we conduct:
- Online video interviews with recording of video and audio materials.
- Collection and storage of the personal data you provide.
- Analysis of video and audio recordings, as well as your responses, using artificial intelligence (AI) tools exclusively for the purposes of assessing professional suitability, business and personal qualities, and fit for the stated vacancy.
Purposes of data processing:
- Evaluation of your qualifications, business and personal qualities to make a decision regarding potential employment.
- Fulfillment of contractual or pre-contractual obligations under labor and civil law.
Your rights as a data subject (in accordance with GDPR):
- To receive information about the procedures and purposes for processing your personal data (GDPR, Art. 13-15).
- To request clarification, correction, restriction, blocking, destruction (erasure) of inaccurate or unlawfully processed personal data (GDPR, Art. 16-18, 21, 17).
- To withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time by submitting a written request to dpo@andersenlab.com or to the address specified in the Policy. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal (GDPR, Art. 7).
- To restrict processing or object in cases provided by law (GDPR, Art. 18, 21).
- To lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority in the EU/EEA, and to seek judicial remedy (GDPR, Art. 77-79).

Automated processing and decision-making:
Final decisions affecting your rights and freedoms are not made exclusively automatically-AI analysis results are reviewed by responsible HR staff/management and do not constitute fully automated individual decision-making (GDPR, Art. 22).
You may request detailed information about the principles, logic, and significance of the AI analysis system and evaluation criteria; this forms part of our transparency policy.
Transfer and storage of data:
- Your personal data is stored and processed using secure servers/services that may be located within the European Economic Area (EEA) or, if outside the EEA, with adequate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions in place (GDPR, Chapter V).
- Without your separate explicit consent, your personal data will not be transferred to third parties except as provided for by law or necessary for the recruitment process with appropriate data protection guarantees.
By providing your consent you confirm your agreement to:
- The processing and storage of all provided personal data, including audio and video interview recordings.
- The analysis of your responses using artificial intelligence systems for the above purposes.
- If necessary, transfer of data outside the EEA only with appropriate safeguards and protection of your rights as required by GDPR.
If you do not agree with any of these processing terms, please refrain from participating in the interview and notify us in writing.
